Minimum space requirement, maximum tray sealer performance: With the SEALPAC A4max tray sealer, you can get started with fully automatic fresh produce packaging. With our primary class for MAP fresh packaging of all types, you already benefit from versatile application options in tray sealing.

The maximised features of our SEALPAC Amax tray sealer series:

  • Smarter: Intelligent control using iMode enables the machine to react to external events such as tray infeed and to adapt dynamically.
  • More productive: Increased line speed by up to 50 percent through sequence optimisation with iMode.
  • More efficient: Reduced energy consumption thanks to EnergyManager.
  • More user-friendly: Fast, simple and self-explanatory operation with the new navCom interface.
  • Safer and more economical: Highest hygiene standards, the factory standard version has been awarded the highest safety certification of the German Employer's Liability Insurance Association (tested safety), and reduced maintenance thanks to intelligent drive management.

Performance: Depending on the tray type and application, the tray sealing machine seals up to 30 packs/min., fully automatic and without quality fluctuations.

Applications: The SEALPAC A4max tray sealer is suitable for classic MAP packaging formats, mainly for the crafts trade and the food service industry. It processes all conventional materials - from standard aluminium trays to the new ultra-thin tray packaging for microwave and oven products. The primary class also manufactures alternative packaging applications in a process-safe manner, e.g. eTray®, Halopack, DS-Smith, Jospak etc.

Maximum process and employee safety: All Amax series tray sealers have the highest safety certification of the German Employer's Liability Insurance Association (tested safety) in the factory standard version.
