With the DGS Pace Deboning Concept, the sections to be deboned are supplied on a conveyor. The cutters and finishers/pressers stand at the conveyor and carry out the cutting there. Each cutter carries out part of the cutting. The cutters that are working in line ensure a complete cut as a team.

The main products are usually transported to the final destination on the cutting line. Chips, fat and bones are usually disposed of in crates or on a separate conveyor. DGS provides the lines complete with crate supply and transport systems.

The great advantage of pace boning is the high efficiency. The main product can be traced using the DGS-IC-TDE Info&Control system.
