Descrizione

The various machines in this range are fitted with :
- Pre-made pouch feeder
- Device for opening stand up pouches by inflation (DOYPACK® only)
- Filling device specially adapted to the product
- Impulse sealer, with separate sealing and cooling controls
- Height adjustable pouch support chute.

D3 machines are built to withstand difficult operating conditions. The frame is made from high quality stainless steel. Electric and pneumatic components are protected in a waterproof cabinet.

D3 models are compact and require minimum maintenance.

The machine is fitted with a gravity system with timer for liquid filling.

STANDARD EQUIPMENT
Liquid level in the tank is kept constant by a float and Inlet valve (with anti-drop and anti-foam filing nozzle), to ensure filling accuracy. For viscous product filling the machine is fitted with volumetric pumps specifically adapted to product type.

MODELS D3 P 121 – D3 DP 121

Those models are specially designed for packaging uniformly viscous products in PE or DOYPACK® pouches.
The pump is fitted with an anti-drip filling nozzle.
Efficient pump feeding is ensured by a 30 litre hopper, located on the machine.

MODELS D3 P 122 – D3 DP 122

Those models are designed for packaging viscous and paste products with or without solid parts.
The volumetric pump is fitted with a cutting nozzle. A 30 litre cone-shaped feeder located on the pump ensures correct pump feeding.
