TPM 1000 fully automatic thermoforming (form fill seal) packaging machine

  • The machine has a compact design. It is small, simple and very easy to use. Only plug in and enjoy the packaging.
  • It’s ideal for companies that make production in small capacities or have limited space for production. It offers an excellent value for small investments.
  • It is the horizontal form & fill & seal thermoforming packaging machine taking its direction from the movement of the chain system. The machine has the chassis completely made from stainless steel.
  • The flow of the film on the machine realizes through the movement of the chain system and this allows the usage of the film with the different thicknesses on the machine.
  • Basic units of the machine consist of heating, form shaping, filling, vacuuming, gas pumping (modified atmosphere packaging), sealing stations and cutting apparatus.
  • In the first phase, the form of the cup or the package is given with the help of the moulds that are designed and produced according to your package dimensions. The heat and air pressure are applied during the form shaping process to receive the desired cups or the packages. In the second phase, the feeding of the products are done. Whether this is automatic feeding or manual feeding is completely related to the product charactersitics. In the third phase, the formed and filled packages are sealed with the upper film.
  • Just before the realization of the third phase (before upper film sealing), vacuuming process might be applied in which the air inside the package is taken out. At the same time with the vacuuming process, it is possible to apply modified atmosphere packaging in which the optimum gas mixture depending on the product characteristics is given inside the package to keep the freshness of the product inside and achieve the optimum shelf life.
  • At the last stage, formed filled and sealed packages are cut where cross-cutting and longitudinal cutting are done and the final output is sent to the product exit conveyor band.

  • Thermoforming packaging machine has a wide usage area especially in food industry:
    • Used in packaging of a wide variety of food products like meat, meatballs, chicken, smoked chicken, frozen chicken, minced meat, roasting, processed meat products(salami, sausage, ham, pepperoni etc.), fish and other seafood products, cheese, tortellini, pizza, olives, pickles, appetizers, dried fruits(apricot, fig, grape), deserts, cookies, dates, salads, fruits, vegetables, tomatoes, cucumbers, multiple croissants or sandwiches, cakes, pies, ready-to-cook products, ravioli, burger, pizza and other similar products.
    • Also used in healthcare industry, injectors, compress and bandage materials, operation thread, filament for medical operations, serum, gloves, surgical materials, elastic bandage, disposable containers and similar products which need to be packaged in steril conditions.
    • Other than these products, thermoforming packaging machine is used for spare parts, smallwares, stationary materials, toys, jewelry, hardware, cleaning rags and other similar products.
  • Depending on the customer's request and by taking the product characteristics into consideration, it is possible to apply automated product feeding processes. The filling is done with multihead multi-scale weighing units for the grain products such as olives. Liquid filling units are used for the filling of liquid products. For the products such as jam, chocolate or honey which have some certain level of viscosity, liquid filling units with the application of hot tubing system are used.
  • All the parameters on the machine are controlled easily by PLC electronic control system through touch screen operator panel.
  • Control panel enables data collecting and reporting. Different language options on the control panel like Turkish, English, Arabic and Russian are available.
  • Movement of the machine - Servo engine controlled.
  • Photocell control system allowing the usage of printed upper film exists on the machine.
  • Moulds used in shaping and sealing of the package can be changed easily.
