Our smart and compact loader is the all-rounder among the loading robots. Whether open products or already packaged products, they can be conveniently handled using this loading system.

Functional description

The products, such as steaks, hamburgers, blocks of cheese or salmon filets come from any of the upstream machines and are retrieved from the to integrated robot infeed conveyor. A smart sensor detects the position and orientation of the product, retrieves it and then sets it down position accurately. A wide range of products can be inserted with the aid of various selectable programs and grippers.

Options

Conversion packages for different products, product buffers, UVC disinfection, cleaning trolley, vacuum function and smart camera.

Hygienic Design

The system must be completely lathered and can be cleaned with any conventional cleaning agent.
