Used for fruits/ cut vegetalves blanching or rehydration in water or in a solution at preset temperature (max 95ºC) and at preset time (adjustable between 3 mins to 15 minutes unless other time spans are stated). Products are carried in 600-1500mm dia pipe in water thru a big screw, without any damage. A giant discharge bucket wheel is located on discharge end for to maintain max water holding capacity...
