  • Stainless steel cylindrical double wall container ENTIRELY WELDED (NOT RIVETED) with cavity with water, lateral discharge butterfly valve and cover;

  • HEATING TYPE: ELECTRIC IN A BAIN MARIE;
  • COOLING TYPE: WATER TO LOOSE or ICE WATER (optional);
  • Control panel with manual or automatic mode (programs can be set).
