It consists of the batter mixer and storage tank. It is completely made of stainless steel adequate to food regulations. As the wafer batter is prepared homogeneously and rapidly by the special turbo stirring system in the batter mixer, then it is transferred to the storage tank and is kept waiting for the wafer baking oven.

The transfer of the batter from storage tank to the wafer baking oven is performed with automatic bypass system as continuous circulation. The mixing time and water rate are adjusted by the touch screen operator display. With the use of the easy cleaning facilities, it is aimed to reduce the down time for cleaning and maintenance and increase efficiency. Thanks to the stirring unit of the storage tank, sedimentation of the waiting wafer batter is prevented. So the batter mixture can be kept homogenous up to a certain time.

This plant is designed to work in full accordance with the wafer baking ovens and meet their capacity requirements. Load cell applications are presented optionally.
