The individual recipe ingredients are added to the mixing container either manually or automatically, depending on the extra features installed.
The raw materials are mixed in batches in a particularly gentle but effective mixing process. The mixer has a mixing turbine which was developed specially for the
production of wafer batter. A controllable batter pump is used to empty the mixer and feed the follow-up batter holding tank.
