• Filter chamber with pressure gauge, pressure switch, dished lid with C clamps, big diameter valve at the bottom for cake discharge, electrical motor vibrator for dry cake discharge. 
• Dosing tank for filter aids preparation complete with agitator and membrane dosing pump with adjustable flow. 
• Product inlet pipes complete with connections and accessories with two butterfly valves for product inlet, valves for different services, feed pump in stainless steel AISI 304 with pre-filter, lighted sightglass. 
• Product outlet pipes complete with connections and accessories with valves for different services, flowrate indicator, lighted sightglass, sample valve and one butterfly valve for product outlet.
• Pipes for filter washing complete with connections and accessories, with valve for washing solution inlet and pipe with nozzles for filtering screens washing. 
• Filters sectors in stainless steel AISI 304 80 micron screens in stainless steel AISI 316. 
• Control board in polyestere reiforced with fiber glass self extinguish, IP 65 protection. 
• Separated AISI 304 control board (FVV 20, FVV 35) 
• Plastic tray for cake collecting at the end of filtration (FVV 5) 
• Stainless steel trolley on wheels for cake collecting at the end of filtration (bigger dimensions).

Standard version in stainless steel AISI 304 with frame on wheels composed by: 

• Sanitary execution (smooth weldings, without stagnant areas, dosing tank for keiselghur with smooth convex bottom, silicon gaskets). 
• Filter chamber with pressure gauge, pressure switch, dished lid with clamps, big diameter valve at the bottom for cake discharge, electrical motor vibrator for cake dry discharge. 
• Breather device on filter chamber is posed in the higher position in order to avoid that air remains in contact to beer. The breather pipe is in stainless steel, complete with tubular sightglass and safety valve. 
• Dosing tank for filter aids preparation complete with sanitary gate agitator and membrane dosing pump with adjustable flow and stainless steel head. 
• Male part connection DIN DN25 for de-aerated water on dosing lid. Male part connection DIN DN40 for prearrangement CO₂ with porous candle on shell, 40 mm from bottom. 
• Pre-filter in the dosing tank; the suction pipe that connect dosing tank to pre-filter is joint before the pre-filter so that the liquid come in the cartridge and is cleaned from big diameter impurities. 
• Centrifugal feeding pump made in AISI 304, sanitary type with inox impeller (pump body demountable with clamp) complete with pre-filter and total drainage. 
• Breather beer device on head pump. Butterfly valves. Valve for feeding flow regulation obturator type. – 
• Sanitary connections DIN 11851. 
• Pressurization device complete of interception valve.
