The Pre-Breaker Unit does the initial breaking up of the baked sheet of product, which it receives from the delivery end of the oven cooling section.

 

The unit comprises:

Feed plate from oven discharge to Pre-Breaker

A stainless steel grid

Rotating breaker blades constructed in stainless steel driven by a variable speed, inverter controlled outboard mounted AC geared motor drive

Stainless steel or non-shattering polycarbonate covers

 

Interlocked guard and grease trays

 

A mechanical conveyor operating at natural frequency takes the product from the Pre-Breaker Unit and transfers the product to the Kibbling Unit.

The unit comprises:

Stainless steel trough

Variable speed drive unit

The unit is mounted on a stainless steel support frame

Increased width conveyor to suit the wider Kibbling Unit

Nominal widths 1,600mm

 

Mounted off the Vibratory Conveyor’s stainless steel support frame, the Kibbling Unit breaks up the oversize pieces and delivers them onto the customer’s transfer system.

The unit comprises:

A receiving hopper containing two contra-rotating shafts, on which are mounted a series of blades

A slotted fixed anvil unit

Variable speed, inverter controlled outboard mounted AC geared motor drive

Height adjustment
