Two Models Are Available: Belt Drive and Gear Drive Bowl are manufactured from duplex and super duplex special stainless steel durable to mechanical stress and corrosion; other parts that are in contact with the product are manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel.

The study of optimum geometrical features, applied to liquid/liquid and solid/liquid centrifugal separation, has made it possible to obtain large-volume bowls and sludge chambers, so that the interval between one sludge evacuation and the next may be increased, thus reducing the number of discharges per unit of time.

The main elements of the bowls, made of special stainless steel, are obtained by press-forging, all in one piece. Each of these components is subjected to accurate mechanical tests and laboratory examinations such as ultrasound controls and micrographic examinations.
