General features of planetary mixer MPL-60:

  • removable bowl of high-quality austenitic stainless steel AISI 304;
  • bowl height is 470 mm;
  • bowl diameter is 430 mm;
  • manual bowl lowering and raising;
  • electronic control panel;
  • digital timer up to 30 minutes;
  • 10 speeds;
  • tool rotation speed in the bowl is from 40 to 195 rpm;
  • tool rotation speed around its axis is from 145 to 708 rpm;
  • anti-shock polymer coated body with increased resistance to chemical, and physical attack, prevents from spalling;
  • removable safety grid prevents personnel from machinery rotating parts and makes it possible to add ingredients in the bowl while mixer is working (the mixer automatically stops working when safety grid is opened);
  • easy installation – mixer mounting doesn’t require additional operations except connection to the mains.

  • 60-liter bowl of high-quality austenitic stainless steel AISI 304
  • standard whip (AISI 304) – is designated for preparing of mushed potatoes, biscuit dough, meat and fish stuffing
  • hook (AISI 304) – is designated for various dough blending, including yeast-containing and unleavened dough
  • beater (AISI 304) – is designated for preparing of mushed potatoes, biscuit dough, meat and fish stuffing
  • filling chute (AISI 304) - is designated for adding components

Options:

  • heavy whire whip (AISI 304) – is designated for preparing biscuit dough
  • scraper (AISI 304) – is designated for preparing biscuits crust and other confectionary or for using as additional accessory for blending soft mixtures – egg custard, butter and mock cream, various sauces, mayonnaise and mushed potatoes
  • bowl trolley for 60-liter bowl – is designated for bowl positioning and moving.
