Linear systems are ideally suited for freezing, cooling, proofing or heating foods at low throughput times. Especially for IQF products (loosely rolling, single-freezing) they provide an ideal solution.

Our linear systems are - according to the customer - feasible in different individual designs. Depending on the product, these systems can also be used for higher hourly capacities.

For this purpose can be selected if necessary multi-floor or even multi-belt systems.

Equipment options

There is a wide range of additional equipment to the SAB spiral and linear systems. The systems can be supplemented with several options, depending on customer´s requirements, which results from the use and application.

Various embodiments of the plant housing such as surfaces, insulation materials and thicknesses up to fully welded cell are possible.

Cleaning systems in different stages of expansion, starting with the CIP belt cleaning to a complete inner housing cleaning.

Stainless steel or plastic belts are available with lane dividers and / or side guard edges in various configurations.

Knife edge conveyor for product transfer at inlet and outlet

Tangential infeed conveyor at the plant inlet for product transfer inside the spiral in first curve to avoid product deformation

Various opportunities for evaporator defrosting:
