Made out of stainless steel material 1.403, surfaces are polished. Curricular serrated knife for rough cutting of pig halves with integrated roller table and conveyor belt for transmitting parts onto the cutting line. On side is placed pneumatic adjustable platform and slide (chute) for rough cutting of cattle quarters.The tape is made of heat resistant plastic suitable for Food and beverage industry, equipped with special devices for lifting the tape during washing. Both sides of the line are placed cutting tables which can store 3 plastic crates on bottom, 2 crates from above and 2 on the sides of the table. Disposals of full crates is from the bottom part of the cutting line by means of driven roller conveyor with stopper on the end, pneumatic lifting platform to the level of the scale, i-station and follow by roller conveyor. The machine complies with the high CE-Requirements and EU-and USDA regulations.
