Croquettes production line for making and batter breading croquettes, preparing them for frying. Croquettes range from 15 to 55 grams. It produces up to 12,000 pieces/hour. We also offer range of fryers. The line consists of following machines:
Automatic machine for making croquettes 
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
- Can be connected to any filler (outside diameter of output 30mm).
- Produces up to 10,000 croquettes per hour (changing the shaper and the output tube varies the weight) up to 60 grammes; with weights of less than 30 grammes, the output can be double.
- Pneumatic operation at 6kg / cm2.
- Air consumption 150 litres per minute.
- Tabletop machine.
- Very easy to clean.
- Does not require electrical power.
- Machine weight with croquette former: 38kg.
- Measurements: 1000 x 450 x 360 mm.
- Made in stainless steel.

- Machined cylinder.
- Inner piston removable for easy cleaning.
- Cylinder drain for cleaning.
- Pressure regulator with manometer.
- Flow regulator to ensure constant speed.
- Separate cooled oil tank with level indicator.
- Can be laid horizontally resting on its back.
- 24-volt controls.
- Powerful motor to ensure proper operation.
- Stands on two wheels and two fixed feet.
- May optionally have another two external revolving wheels.
- Hydraulic system with flexible highpressure hoses.
- Ø15, Ø20 and Ø30 mm tubes.
- Automatic cylinder decompression.
- Hydraulic cylinder with stainless steel rod and nut.
