Our scanner CPS 200 uses an optical measurement of the product and the detection of the product weight to provide an optimal yield and minimal give away slicing of natural products such as ham, bacon or cheese. The open design allows simple handling. The CPS 200 is characterized by high fault tolerance and precise measurement even in extraneous light. Products with extremely fluctuating color contrasts will be excellent detected/
