Description

The ultrasound cutting machine ERMA 30C is designed to cut products from bars into slices of adjustable width.

APPLICATIONS

Products : Cheese, fresh or frozen bakery products, meat products.
Dimensions : Bar length 600mm, width 200mm, height 140mm max.
Mechanical speed: 120 cuts / minute.
Output speed : dependant on the product, and loading / unloading capability of the operator.

OPTIONS

Extension of the cutting blades in order to position and cut several products simultaneously side by side.
Automatic ejection of first and last slices.
Output in: multiple slices, individual slices or collations.
Automatic paper interleave system.
Fixed weight cutting by integration of a weigher.
