To ensure both the quality of our machines and respect of lead-times, our factory has acquired state-of-the-art equipment: A mechanics workshop: numerically-controlled and conventional milling and turning, surface grinding. A sheet metal workshop: a water jet cutting machine, a folder press, a numerically-controlled roller and TIG and semi-automatic welding equipment. A surface treatment workshop: pickling, passivation, sanding and ultrafine sanding. An assembly workshop including a test area. A quality control department with a 3D machine and COFREND II dye-penetrant fluid testing. A design office with a team of specialists in general mechanics, process and engineering using CAD design and drawing software (Topsolid, Autocad,SolidWorks) directly linked to the CAM. An electricity, process control and monitoring unit working with Siemens or Schneider. A Customer Service Department ensuring the supply of spare parts, maintenance, rebuilding and upgrading of the equipments in all over the world. A testing-demonstration material comprising a set of pilot equipment available for our customers to carry out process validation.   The company owes its success to a team of highly motivated employees including engineers, technicians and qualified operators.
