PFM Group The PFM Group was founded in 1964 and has since achieved world-class status in the design and manufacture of machinery for flexible packaging in both food and non-food industries.   The strength of the PFM Group lies in its original technological ideas, in its perseverance to create new ones and its absolute determination to be always one step ahead.   Brands PFM Packaging Machinery, based in Torrebelvicino (Vicenza), designs and manufactures models of flow-wrap and vertical form-fill-seal machines and various automatic feed systems.   History 1964: Italianapack, which produces horizontal flow packaging machines, is born, followed by the foundation, in 1969, of the company Fioravanti Pietro & c. snc.   Partners PFM Group thrives on cooperation with seasoned companies and institutions, aimed towards the development of more modern, profitable and easy to use technologies.   Mission PFM has always worked towards helping their customers create opportunity for innovation as well as helping them to make the most of people’s professional and personal skills.   Research & Development Nearly 30 researchers work creating and developing new technologies in flexible packaging machinery and multi-head weighers.   Quality ISO 9001 – 2008 system is used for quality management of all processes including the definition of customer requests, design, machine assembly and testing, and full customer service.   Economic Policy The annual growth over the last ten years has been around 15-18%: great standards of product quality and technical solutions and a high level (90% repeat business) of customer loyalty.   Service The service department is staffed by ten engineers and 30 specialized technicians. All members of staff are constantly updated and trained via specialization courses organized by the management.
