FB2 200 Cutting belt / conveyor belt disinfection

The FB-HPF system provides reliable disinfection in the ongoing production process for conveyor and cutting belts, as well as for surfaces and foils.

Function The push-in/folding frame is mounted in a fixed location, and the device housing with high-performing UV-C emitters can be removed with no tools for cleaning/maintenance. When the device housing is removed, the safety switch-off device automatically turns off the UV-C emitters; the waterproof design allows for wet cleaning; UV-C light is fully shielded, rendering it harmless for employees.

Assembly/maintenance A full maintenance manual is included. The device housing can be easily removed without tools, and the emitters are exchanged via a screw-in socket
