This merging unit can be integrated into every popular rollstock machine. The deep-draw packages are gripped directly from the length cut. All drives can be adjusted, so that all packages of a discharge format leave the merging unit in same distances.

 

  • Up to 230 deep-draw packages/min.
  • 2 to 4 lanes
  • Discharge length up to max. 800 mm
  • Active discharging direct from length cut
  • Safe conveyance of empty packages (MAP)
