Working Principle
- Since it is an open system, it works with a broken air intake system.
- Bag is placed in the molds carried from the conveyor system to the filling unit.
- The bag to be selected must be suitable for the product structure and the vacuum negative pressure to be applied.
- Optionally, products that will be damaged in daylight and sunlight can be protected by using aluminum-reinforced foil bags.
- Products in the mold moving by means of sensors on the conveyor, It is kept in the vibration part for the desired time and is placed in the bag well.
- The products that are vibrated automatically reach the front of the vacuuming unit.
- Here, the system waits for the vacuuming process of the previous mold to finish.
- When the vacuum packaging and sealing process of the previous mold is finished, the next mold enters the vacuum unit and the air in the package is taken by the nozzle air suckers.
- In sensitive products, protective gas can be added into the bag upon request.
- Molded bags, which are vacuumed and sealed in the ongoing process, automatically come to the transfer robot over the conveyor belts.
- Robot takes the vacuum bag in the mold and transfers it to the stacking unit.
- This whole process goes on cyclically, very quickly and practically.
