Linear belt vibratory weigh filler LBVF‑34A

Combining belt and vibratory dosing on one machine, the linear weigh filler LBVF-34A offers the most suitable solution to weigh and fill solid chocolate.

The LBVF-34A uses a belt for coarse filling straight into the box and a small weigh hopper for accurate fine filling. Thanks to the demountable belt with quick release you reduce your cleaning time.

Standard equipped with demountable funnel, conveyor with loadcell, two vibrating beds, one small vibratory weigh hopper, scrape unit and colour touch panel for easy operation.

The LBVF-34A handles up to 6 c/min (depending on the product and weight).

Combine with
Combine the LBVF-34A with a Pattyn case erector, bag inserter, bag sealer, case closer and palletizer to profit from a fully automated bulk packaging line.
