PP3.3 Vacuum packer is a compact machine designed for packing various  food and technical products into barrier film. Stainless steel construction of the machine stands out with modern design and attractive stylistics. PP3.3 machine features removable sealing bar, flat worktop and flat electronic controller, which guarantees fast and easy cleaning.  The machine is equipped with durable, transparent lid, allowing for the process observation.

The machine is especially useful for the food preparation using SOUS VIDE technology, where vacuum packed products are cooked under carefully controller temperature. SOUS VIDE cooking technology preserves the food’s nutrition, and sensory attributes, and prevents reducing the mass.
