The Torque Calibration Tool helps our customers easily measure the application torque of their screw-on capping heads and the removal torque of applied closures.

  •     Designed for plastic screw-on caps
  •     Handheld tool, pre-set for all Zalkin screw-on capping heads
  •     Can be easily used in a workshop, directly on machines
  •     No need to disassemble the heads
  •     Measurement traceability
  •     Data collection reports
  •     Customized change parts can be manufactured

TCT standard toolless mechanical interfaces:
    -Quick release male/female adapters for Zalkin H5 and H6 screw-on capping heads
    -Quick release cap adapters for 1881, 2925 and 26 mm neck finishes

Application for Android smartphone and data manager software for PC included with the TCT package.

An annual calibration is required.
