Steaming and cooling line

Line consists of the following sections:

• Hydrotransfer for product supply
• Belt steamer with integrated water tank
• Cooler with glycol heat exchanger
• Platforms, walkways and stairs
• (Electricity, cabling, programs, safety and sensors)

• Built in accordance with European Machine Directive CE2006
• All materials that come into contact with the produce are food grade and come with the necessary certificates
• The temperature and the dwell time in the steamer are adjusted to the type of product being processed
• High attention to hygienic design and easy cleaning of the entire setup
