In the JUMAG compact steam system, select components such as the steam boiler, water supply module, blow down/pressure relief vessel, etc. are tubed on a base plate ready for connection and electrically wired. All elements of the steam system are installed on an easy-to-transport base plate with stainless steel tubs.

•     Compact design and mobile – minimal space required due to optimised placement
•     Ready for connection and optimally tubed – this avoids installation errors
•     Surcharge often lower than installation at the site of setup
•     Components perfectly aligned with each other
•     JUMAG compact steam systems do not require approval or monitoring in many countries (including Germany)
•     For integration into the steam system, only the media lines remain to be connected
•     Multiple unit systems are also available as compact steam systems

How it works

•     For multiple unit systems, several steam boilers are set up in parallel.
•     The control of the steam boilers can be set on demand.
•     Only the capacity that is currently needed is being provided.
•     To achieve an even use of the steam boilers, the priorities are regularly re-assigned.
