With the through-feed scalding tank JWE 160 in segmental design, with 4 to 10 segments under water, the size of the tank and the installation of one or two dehairing machines can be chosen ccording the output.
The scalding and dehairing combination is available in the passages widths 2000 mm and 2500 mm.
Our scalding water circulations pumps guarantee optimum scalding of the sheep in the scalding tank – without any temperature variations.
The closed metal cover is connected with rake-type holder and head holder and separating the dirty area from the clean area.
Work flow
After the debleeding carcasses being unchained, the carcasses
are directly deposited on a segment, transported through the scalding tank by a raketype conveyor, automatically dropped into the dehairing machine, dehaired, rinsed and signed, then rinsed again, dry scraped
and ejected hydraulically. This procedure is periodically repeated.

Heating Scalding Tank
The through-feed scalding tank in segmental design can be
used with steam heating free flow or warm water with heat exchanger
Bristle Conveyor
In a scalding and dehairing combination with two dehairing machines a bristle conveyor can be installed.
The conveyor automatically transports bristles and claws to the front.
