The casing machine is suitable for cleaning pig runners (small intestines).

This line consists of several containers and different machines. The intestines are automatically moved through the line. They are first collected at the front receiving pan and placed on a moving chain conveyor.

In the next step the intestines go through the first machine, which remove the manure and the fat, and then fall on the next conveyor belt. The intestines are drawn through hot water and then transported through the second and / or third stripping and degreasing machine. The Muscosa is collected in troughs and placed on the side of the machine for disposal. After this process, the intestines are collected in a turning basin to manually turn inside out. Afterwards they are placed for degreasing in the last machine.

The models differ in the quantity that can be processed in an hour:

  • LSO 600/3 – max. 200 pig runners/hour
  • LSO 600/4 – max. 200 pig runners/hour
  • LSO 800/4 – max. 350 pig runners/hour
  • LSO 800/5 – max. 350 pig runners/hour
