The completely stainless-steel meat slicer is equipped with an extra large carriage for meat and ham. The slice thickness can be continuously adjusted from 0 mm to 20 mm.
The maintenance-free gear driven motor with direct drive make this machine ideal for medium sized butcher’s shops, and shift working supermarkets.
On account of all the smooth surfaces and the removable carriage the machine is very easy to clean.
