It is used for sausage, hotdog, döner, meatball production and in meat processing industry.

CTR 60 cutter is designed for small scale companies and used in restaurants, sausage, hotdog industry, chocolate and catering factories.

The knives existing in the reservoir the product can be mixed with spice or other substances homogeneously.

The product is thickened in maximum 10-15 minutes.

Vacuum system can be added to the bigger capacities on demand.

The bodies and trays of all models are made of 304 quality stainless chrome.

Double cycled can be produced.

 

Companies used in Restaurants, Sausage and Salami Factories, Catering Factories and Chocolate.

  • Bowl Volume is 60 Liter. Weight of products is between 45kgs and 50 kgs according to product.
  • Knives rpm is adjustable for 2 different step.
  • Bowl rpm is adjustable for 2 different step.
  • Command panel is completely waterproof.
  • Because of Its Small Bowl, Loading and Unloading system is not available.
  • Bowl and Body of Machine is manufactured of AISI 304 stainless steel.
  • Can be equipped Frequency Convertor and Touch Panel optionally.
  • Bowl cover is opened and closed manually.
  • Safety switch is under the Bowl cover, If it is open, machine will be stop.
  • When Equipped Frequency Convertor, Knives can turn opposite direction and can be used in Mixing Process.
  • Can be install 3 or 6 Knives according to the process.
  • Can be combine the Heat Censor to the Bowl to measure the medium temperature.
