The Scholle IPN SureFill 100P Rotary Filler provides a simple, user-friendly solution for companies who are new to the spouted pouch market.

This filling machine fills product via dispense-by-volume (piston) or flowmeter into the pre-fabricated CleanPouch® spouted pouches and the finishes the package with either a standard, spline-style cap or the Scholle IPN CloverCap. All models are manufactured from a hygienic design and able to be washed down.

Known Process Applications

Hot-Fill
Fills heated, commercially-sterile product in non-sterile packaging. Can reduce product taste and texture.

Clean Fill (Ambient)
Occurs when a product is filled into a package with no additional sterilization treatment.

Clean-in-place (CIP) machine cycles are applicable. CIP cycle controlled by filler programming, and works in line with your existing CIP system to complete the CIP circuit. This is a customer-dependent processes and can be initiated from the CIP screen. Our expert equipment field service technicians can support and maintain this filler for your continued success.
