Description

The Aseptic Filler Gemina is designed to fill bag in drum (220 lt/bag) from two head with a capacity of 60 drum per hour. The unit consists of:

  • N. 2 aseptic filling heads with vertical movement
  • N. 1 mass flow meter
  • Pliers to support the bag during the filling phase (only for 220 l)
  • N. 2 input motorized roller conveyor in stainless steel for a single line of 220 lt drums and N. 2 output idle roller conveyor
  • Aseptic valves for any product to be recycled
  • Stainless steel electric panel with PLC, touch screen panel and printer for adhesive labels
