Binding machine AS 55

Our binding machine AS 55 is specific to tie fresh and seasoned sausage and other similar products. With our customer’s big satisfaction, we export this machine also abroad, where they produce typical products like chorizo.

Binding’s mode

This machine’s feature, which tie already stuffed products, is its accurately biding that seem like if it was made by hand.

AS 55 can work in 4 modalities:

- Continuous, it works with the highest performance;

- Continuous with length variation, creates products with different dimensions in a certain number;

- Continuous with space, creates separated products (useful mode to have a reference point for an eventual cut);

- Combinated, matches the continuous with length variation and the continuous with space modalities, suitable to form well-defined groups.

DISTINGUISHING FEATURES:

    The performances have increased thanks to the new closing system, new pneumatic valves and new motors with technology servo-drive, which are combined with a control via Ethernet. The colour Touch Panel with function Touch-screen 7”, updated with a new graphics and new control functions.

    We recommend this machine to the companies which has an high weekly production or to the ones who need to produce different sizes of sausages: to do this we achieved a specific software applicable to our AS 55.

The control panel

It is intuitive and allows to adjust with easiness all parameters, to save the functions or binding ways. If it is combined with system WIFI (Optional) it is possible the remote management for check failures, programs update or to save production’s data. It formulates a file Excel that the customer can use in his management systems.

The product’s closure is made in the product’s center, so precision, performance and high quality are guaranteed, as if they were bound by hand.

The use of string in bobbins with dimension 7x7 cm, with inner carrying allow time reduction and fast changes, thanks to the practical system of insertion.

The belt transport system

Equipped with two opposite transport belts, which can be adjust based on the product’s caliber and a binding group with two bearings, all in stainless steel to guarantee durability.

You will just need to set the product’s length from the Touch-Screen control panel.
