Our Modular CartonErector MKA creates precisely folded boxes in a very short time and is compact, extremely flexible and easy to finance! The collated cartons are erected fully automatically in the carton erector, the bottom flaps are folded in and the bottom is securely sealed with hot glue. The box erector consists of a powder-coated frame, tray magazines for variable box sizes, tray matrices, the light conveyor technology for the products and a robot (Kawasaki RS007L).
