Descriptions:
The automatic brine injection machine is the main processing equipment for the production of large pieces of low-temperature ham. Its function is to inject the brine through the multi-needle injection into the inside of the large piece of meat, so that the whole piece of meat is evenly tenderized, cured and colored.
Applications:
·EXPRO Automatic Brine Injection Machine can inject the brine into the meat either with or without bone by the impeller pump and needle head which contains multi needles.
·Injection makes the meat tender and boosts flavor deep into the meat, it also improve meat yield.

It adopts the stepper motor to convey the product forward.
The equispaced needles results a uniform brine distribution.

Variable speed by mechanical speed regulator is the standard configuration, and it has options for variable speed by VFD.
The brine injector comes with brine circulation and filtration system.
The injection pressure is adjustable (by adjusting the pressure of the brine pump).
The entire machine frame is constructed of solid stainless steel SUS304.
