Entirely built in AISI 304 stainless steel
Augers move the product towards the cutting disc
Product loading hopper with automatic opening of the cover
Stainless steel protection grid placed on the hopper connected to the safety sensor
Motorization with inverter and an electrical panel with IP 65 protectional class for all working commands
OPTIONAL:
Arrangement to CIP washing system with cover and spraying balls
Automatic feeding belt for blocks of curd
Weighing cells
