Description

The device is designed for mixing meat mass in small and medium-sized companies. Equipped with one shaft with a specially arranged paddles. Produced in two versions: without vacuum (equipped with an openwork lid) and vacuum (equipped with full cover, which is lifted using a manual transmission). Unloading charge is done by changing the direction of rotation. The mixer is adapted to unloading charge directly to the standard trolleys 200 l.

  • Fully programmable- time of work, direction and speed of mixing, vacuum level (for Vacuum version)
  • Mechanic discharge system based on the paddles rotation (can be used with standard 200l trolleys)
  • Opening the lid is very easy by moving the manual transmission system (Vacuum version)
