Description

    The automatic DF-elevator was designed so that one operator can manage many trays and also stay available for other operations (for instance putting trolleys in proofing chambers).

 

    Empty trays are installed by the operator upstream of the moulder and are loaded by the machine.

 

    Filled trays come back to the operator so that he can load them in the trolleys.

 

    The machine has a long autonomy, the operator can have X trays stocked. With the automatic DF-elevator, one operator can handle the Flexiline 2.5 alone.
