Because of the advanced design of the cutting chamber, and the knives and bowl structure, our bowl cutters offer great product quality in the production process – regardless of the batch. The machines consistently slice a big variety of food products at high production volumes.

In the heart of the equipment, a highly efficient motors can be found. Individual, uniquely designed blade shapes provide excellent production using individual recipes. The machine is secured with high, vibration-free stability. The final product is reflected in unparalleled, smooth and refined sausage meat! The cutter stays clean even during the processing of more liquid sausage meats and has the perfect cost-to performance ratio in meat production.
