  • This device provides the circulation washing of plastic palletsutilising a wash solution from the tank, followed by final rinsing using clean water.
  • In the event of the requirement for the disinfection of plastic pallets, the final rinse is implemented using hot water.
  • A nominal capacity of up to 30 pcs per hour, in accordance with the degree of contamination and the setting of the wash cycle.
  • Based on capacity requirements the possibility of producing a multi-positions or a conveyor version.
  • Cleaning is implemented using an electrically-driven washing arm that rotates around the container.
  • The automatic checking of the rotor position and of the door of the device.
  • Tilting the box to an angle greater than 90° ensures the effective drainage of the water from the cart.
  • Interchangeable washing and rinsing nozzles that are made of stainless steel.
  • The structure, cladding and the gensets utilised are made of DIN 1.4301 stainless steel.
  • Operation of the equipment in accordance with the increasing demand for environmental protection.
