Raw vegetables (e.g. also for coleslaw), crunchy lettuces, aromatic herbs and fruit are mixed smoothly and rapidly - just as well as the K120 mixes and kneads meat to prepare sausages, hamburgers and other food ingredients (e.g. for pizza making).
The mixings system with two shafts and intersecting paddles guarantees a gentle treatment of the product and a homogeneous mixing.
A large drain opening allows the total unloading of the product in buggies of diverse sizes within a few seconds.
The easy accessibility and an accurate, smooth design enables an effective cleaning process.
