HFD3 beating machine

Due to the modular concept of this machine, a product range of 50 - 4000 kg / h can be achieved.

A very high-quality fondant mass is achieved by gently oversaturating the sugar solution with a defined temperature-controlled cooling of the rotor and stator.
The flow-optimized design is preventing zones in which crystals can grow in an uncontrolled manner. This leads to a very even crystal spectrum, which is an essential condition for the highest quality fondant masses.Typically, either a CROSSFLOW® or a ROTAMAT® cooker is part of the complete installation.
