HYDROLOCK, CONTINUOUS ROTARY STERILIZER HYDROLOCK is now part of an industrial group that offers industrial synergies with sister companies manufacturing vessels, electrical cabinets, and chillers.HYDROLOCK has over 40 years of experience with continuous sterilization in food and pharmaceutical industries. OUR HISTORY - Founded by ACB in the 70's and lately belonging to ALSTOM food department, Hydrolock has become a privately owned company since 2005. It is now part of an industrial group that offers industrial synergies with sister companies manufacturing vessels, electrical cabinet, and chillers.  - Since the first machine, Hydrolock has developed a complete product line of continuous sterilizers, able to process a large scale of packaging , both in food and pharmaceutical industry.  - In 2005 Hydrolock turned from ACB 's food department to a real company with a dedicated team.  - In 2014 Hydrolock moved in a  new facility together with its sister companies. The worshop have been specially designed for construction of pressure vessels and assembly and testing of the machines. KNOW HOW - Our attention has always been focused on flexibility, fiability, durability. Our machines are manufactured without any compromise on quality and safety  with the goal to last for a long time. Some of the first Hydrolock manufactured in the 70's are still in operation. - As a specialist in mechanical and thermodynamic systems, HYDROLOCK is supported by a strong engineering department equipped with state of the art CAD and FEA tools. - Capitalizing on our long experience in continuous sterilization, we have developed innovative machines with optimized recipes for a large range of products. - Our wordwide experience helps us manage project in many different countries over the 5 continents.
