The „Company Principles“ documents these values and goals for our employees, business partners, and the public. It indicates our requirements and standards. Against this background we have formulated guidelines that are specified in our company principles and company goals as well as in the management and employee principles. They are binding for all of our employees. In the further course of the company principles, we will use the term „employees“, which refers to all employees, whether male or female.
