This machine was especially designed to peel and core apples. A sharp and precise cut, which does not affect organoleptic qualities, guarantees maximum hygiene and healthy products. The machine is completely made of AISI 304 stainless steel, it is maintenance-free, easy to operate, strong and stable and may be completely disassembled for ease of transport. All parts coming into contact with fruit are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, as well. The dimensions of the coring and peeling tubes are customizable and very easy to replace so that you can process pineapples having different sizes. Both produce feeding and discharge are carried out manually by machine operators.
