Our WA-FA 300 is the biggest version of our ball mill refiners and it is intended for industrial production of chocolate and creams. The loading is automatic with the support of a Pre-Mixer. The Pre-Mixer can be sized to feed more than one WA-FA 300 to create fully automatic plants with increased capacity. Capacity from 200 up to 400 kg/h at 20µ finesse.

Our Ball refiner series WAFA have become a milestone in the production of chocolate creams having implemented in a single machine the three production steps: mixing, refining and conching, previously carried on by independent machines and in very big batches.

Our WAFA uses an innovative system for the production of all kinds of chocolate, chocolate compound, hazelnut or peanut creams starting from raw materials (sugar, cocoa powder, cocoa butter or vegetable fat replacement, hazelnut paste, etc..). Our experience in the selection of the right alloy for the spheres and the other parts in contact with the product, the specific design of the inner mixing shaft and the experience in producing this machine come from the several units produced since 1972 and from the positive feedback of our customers around the world.
