  • Each dosing station is customised to the specific application
  • The individual station can be equipped with up to five lines
  • Five and more additives are possible for each line
  • The dosing stations are specially designed for mixing pumpable media of varying viscosities since they can be operated at different rotary speeds depending on the product
  • Mixtures according to the inline pH value and viscosity readings are possible
  • Since only minimal quantities are in the mixing system, only very small amounts of waste need to be disposed of
  • Another advantages is that the input material does not go bad since it only stays in the mixing system a short time. Fresh product of uniform quality can be processed in every production procedure.
