INOTEC was founded in 1988 with the aim of automating the production of foodstuffs, in particular meat and sausage products. The first development was a fine shredder independent of the operator for the production of fine sausages and the like. The result was a machine with automatic cutting set adjustment, which today is used successfully in various variants worldwide and has redefined the market standard.INOTEC introduced the first sausage cutting machine in 1993 and is now the world leader in slicing all kinds of sausages.Since 2006 INOTEC has developed a new business field: Portioning and setting. With the machines of the Giromatic series, Inotec offers a safe and cost-effective presentation for your high-quality products.Today INOTEC's product portfolio includes a variety of mixers and shredders, complete customer-specific process plants, automatic portioning and binding machines, sausage separating machines and de-clippers. About 270 people work for INOTEC at four locations in Germany, the Czech Republic and France. With approx. 80 sales and service partners, we are close to our customers all over the world.Our customers include well-known companies worldwide from the meat processing industry and from the areas of cheese, baby and hospital food, soup and ready meals, fruit and vegetable processing, confectionery production and the pet food industry.
